Globema signed a contract to implement the DH.GIS system at PEC Gniezno, a local Municipal Heating Company in Poland, gaining a new heating customer. This is 15th heating distributor choosing DH.GIS as their network inventory & OMS platform.

The project is planned for the period of 6 months, during which Globema will implement the core system functionality and the following modules:

• Dispatcher
• Outages
• Alarm network
• Calculations
• Rights of way.

The implementation also covers network data capture from raster and vector maps and the billing system, as well as integration with the telemetry system.

PEC Gniezno decided to implement the new heating network monitoring system, thus replacing the previously used software, mainly due to:

• The functionality delivered by specialized business units
• Compatibility with the complex telemetry system implemented at the company
• Integration with hydraulic calculations
• The ease of use, both in terms of the web browser, as well as the full desktop version of the system.
